Founder & Managing Attorney

Stephen J. Dunn

Stephen J. Dunn is the founder and managing attorney of The Law Offices of Stephen J. Dunn, bringing more than 40 years of experience in federal law. He began his legal career as a military judge advocate, practicing both criminal and administrative law.

After establishing his private practice in 1988, Stephen continued serving in the National Guard and retired with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He is admitted to practice in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Outside the office, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, and being with his many grandchildren.

Analese B. Dunn

Analese B. Dunn is an attorney with a military background and a strong focus on federal law. Since 2013, she has represented federal employees in matters before the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs, the Office of Personnel Management, and the Merit Systems Protection Board.

Her practice is centered on helping federal employees navigate complex claims and appeals with clarity and confidence. Analese is admitted to practice in Arizona and enjoys spending her free time with her family.

Paralegal & Office Manager

Sara McLean

Sara McLean is an experienced paralegal and office manager with more than eight years of experience supporting federal workers' compensation and disability retirement matters. Since joining The Law Offices of Stephen J. Dunn in 2017, she has played an important role in supporting clients and coordinating the firm's daily operations.

Known for her organization and attention to detail, Sara helps manage workflow, client communication, and case documentation. Outside the office, she enjoys sewing and spending time with her family and animals.
